The 2017 conference will be held Monday and Tuesday, September 25-26, 2017 at the Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Exhibitor tables will be centrally located in the hotel’s common areas and corridors. Please keep in mind that this may mean valuable items will need to be removed from your exhibit space overnight.

Exhibit hours are as follows:
Sunday 5 pm to 8 pm
Monday 7 am to 9:00 am
Monday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am to 12:30 pm (you are welcome to arrive as early as 7 am)
Tuesday 12:30 to 3:45 pm
Exhibitor registration is available through Sept. 15, 2017.

Please note: If you registered online last year, the system will remember you and ask you to login. If you don’t remember the password you used, you can have the system send it to you so that you can continue and register. If you do not receive a confirmation email from the Ohio History Store (firstname.lastname@example.org) you may not be registered to exhibit. Electricity is available free upon request, and each exhibitor table includes one six-foot table and two chairs. Additional electricity and AV needs (such as powerstrips, monitors, etc.) can be ordered separately from the hotel using this order form.
