2020 Conference Exhibitor Information

The 2020 Conference will be held October 26-27 at the Embassy Suites Columbus/Dublin, 5100 Upper Metro Place, Dublin, OH.

Exhibitor tables will be centrally located in the hotel’s atrium space. Please keep in mind that this may mean valuable items will need to be removed from your exhibit space overnight.

Registration Options and Pricing

Non-profit organizations can register for up to 4 exhibit tables. The first table is $200, all additional tables are $150 each.

For-profit organizations can register for up to 4 exhibit tables. The first table is $500, all additional tables are $425 each.

  • Please enter the contact person's information as the "registrant," and any salespeople as "guests." If you don't yet know who will be attending for your booth, you do not have to enter guest names at this time. Please contact Conference Director Betsy Hedler with salesperson names by October 16, 2020.
  • You can use the online registration link to pay with a credit card or to generate an invoice to pay via check or using a PO. If you need a more detailed invoice, please contact Conference Director Betsy Hedler.

Exhibit hours are as follows:

Setup:
Monday 7 am to 9:20 am
Exhibit:
Monday 9:20 am to 3:40 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am to 2:10 pm (you are welcome to arrive as early as 7 am)
Tear down:
Tuesday 2:10 pm to 4 pm
