2025 Conference Exhibitor Information

Register at OCSS Annual Conference Exhibitor Registration 2025

We are excited to welcome you to the Columbus area to immerse yourself in our conference theme "Empowering Social Studies Educators". Our 2025 Conference will take place October 13-14, 2025 at the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center in Lewis Center, OH.

Sponsorship, Bronze Level	$600	1 complimentary exhibitor table and half-page advertisement in the conference program
Sponsorship, Silver Level	$800	1 complimentary exhibitor table, full-page advertisement in the conference program and insert in the conference packet
Sponsorship, Gold Level	$1100	2 complimentary exhibitor tables, full-page advertisement in the conference program, insert in the conference packet and logo on plenary presentations
Sponsorship, Platinum Level	$1500	Up to 3 complimentary exhibitor tables, full-page advertisement in the conference program, insert in the conference packet, logo on plenary presentations, welcome video featured on OCSS webpage and signage on plenary tables

* There’s an additional $30 charge for electricity at tables.
