Advance registration is closed. On-Site Registration is available. To expedite your on-site registration, please fill out the paper registration form (linked below) and bring it with you. You will be able to register using a check, PO, or credit card; cash will not be accepted.
All persons attending the conference, including participants, presenters, co-presenters, spouses, students, and facilitators, must register. All conference pre-registrations include meals and snacks. Non-member registration includes a year’s membership.

Online registration note: Please note that if you registered online last year, the Ohio History Store will remember you and ask you to login. If you don’t remember your password, there is an option to have the system send it to you. You are not finished registering until you’ve logged in and completed payment. If you don’t receive a confirmation email from the Ohio History Store, check with Betsy Hedler at or 614-297-2538 to make sure your registration was received.

Paper Registration / On-Site Registration

For attendees whose district or university requires registration using a PO or who wish to register with a check, we provide a paper registration form. Checks and POs need to be made out to the Ohio Council for the Social Studies. OCSS’s W-9 is available from Betsy Hedler; see email address below. The paper form can be mailed (with a check or PO) to Betsy Hedler at the Ohio History Connection at 800 East 17th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43211; emailed (with PO) to; or faxed (with PO) to Betsy Hedler at 614-297-2567.

  1. So glad to hear this, Karen. The program will be published mid-summer, and typically we do not have registration for individual sessions. Stay tuned, but I believe all sessions will be open and first come-first served.
