Online registration is for attendees paying with a credit card. In general, the invoice generated by the online system will not be sufficient to allow your school to process payment for the conference. If your school is paying via check or PO, please use the paper registration form and follow the instructions below.
For attendees whose district or university requires registration using a PO or who wish to register with a check, we provide a paper registration form. Checks and POs need to be made out to the Ohio Council for the Social Studies. OCSS’s W-9 is available from Betsy Hedler; see email address below. The paper form can be mailed (with a check or PO) to Betsy Hedler at the Ohio History Connection at 800 East 17th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43211; emailed (with PO) to ehedler@ohiohistory.org; or faxed (with PO) to Betsy Hedler at 614-297-2567.
